At Guanya, we emphasize on building a strong, dynamic, innovative and high quality standard of education. We like to couple that with rich experiences and a professional team of teachers to give our students the best education. 62.5 percent of our teachers have a Bachelor's Degree, forty percent of the teachers have obtained a Master's Degree, and thirty percent of our teachers have a Diploma.

In Liaoning province, Guanya was the first school qualified to invite overseas teaching staff to come to China from diverse countries such as America, England, Australia, Canada and Japan. Among the foreign teachers, fifteen percent have obtained a PhD, forty percent have obtained a Master's, and forty-five percent have obtained at least a Bachelor's degree. Through careful selection of our teaching candidates, Guanya provides systematic and professional training for all of our teachers. From time to time, Guanya organizes several teaching improvement activities-both domestic and overseas- for the teachers to take part in to improve their teaching skills and increase professional development. We do this to ensure that Guanya's teaching methods are up-to-date and teachers are competent in their work.

Our research team ensures that our teaching teams are strong and motivated while conducting the teaching session so that the new incoming teachers are not too afraid to teach the children and to not forget to attend to the minor details of learning.In addition to our research team, we strive to ensure that our teaching methods are up-to-date. We combine our teaching methods derived from international teaching concepts and merge them with the needs of the local culture.We also work with DynEd Ins and Kaiser Kastle to make the learning experience richer.DynEd which provides the advanced English learning solutions; and is the e-learning online training course.DynEd has also won the world's highest education award, the BESSIE award, which recognizes outstanding websites and content-rich programs that foster education.DynEd's programs are used in large-scale training centers, government departments, and Beijing University. Kaiser Kastle is one of the early pioneers of ESL publishing for children. The combination of Kaiser Kastle and DynEd programs allows our students to keep pace with the changes in the world of ESL, and in touch with the most recent technology and knowledge available through these programs.
